Hi Mr. D.

By now you probably have called
me all the "nice" names in your
vocabulary of "nice names", for not
letting you know how things have
been for me out here on the
"Prairie". Well you see I've been
waiting to write when I got some
good news...I don't have any. (smile)

I'm fine and hanging in here.
I didn't get an assistanship but I
did get a studio (all by myself). I
have meet Dr. Colvin who inspite
of having his problems is as nice
man (I hope that's not to early to say this)
I've had hassel after hassel from
the first day until present...but
I'm still pushing. I'm not in the
MA or MFA program...yet. I am
erolled in school. I.S.U is a
very nice school, the art dept
is better than any I've seen
thus far. (They got some money.)
I've meet Dr. Bontemps and recieved
your message (cute). I have been
spending much time in the library
