of all people i wish to talk to you are
the utmost (uppermost) on the list. i would like
very much to show you my drawings dating back
to Jan-Feb 78 to today none of which you have
ever seen. Its kind of special in a sense
you not having seen any of them and yet they
are some of my best work to date and i feel really
good about them or some anyway. I dearly hope
that your summer went well and that you were
able to get some of your own work done. I know
your time must be tight and I do not wish to
impose on it but i just had to write to see
how you are and ask you to send a note
however short if time allows.

I hear Martin is leaving for a period, I
hope that wherever he eventually ends up the
day comes that i can see and talk with him
again.

Are you now chairman? I am sure you will do great
and pray that you still can do your own art.

Have heard from Karen but do not know her
position/situation fully - so far: - shes there in Jamaica
- it's hot
- shes tired (?), unsure (?)
- cranbrook accepted her
- shes deferring entrance

Well time allows/time shortens
