Dear David and Thelma,

Sorry to have missed you at The Baltimore Museum of Art, Sunday. I was as always it seems "on The Road." I often wonder now, why I never bothered to Read Jack Kerouac I suppose, because I never dreamed it could happen to me!

I've finished with the Artist in Education work/grant. I loved every minute of it although for weeks I heard children's clamor in my sleep! I worked hard learned allot and hope they will ask me again.

In the meantime, I will enjoy my peace and quiet!

I enjoyed the museum in Anacostia and reponded to Keith Morrison's paintings more than the other works which to me seemed almost a la grand gesture and wondered a little about why Morrision's work was alone, by itself? of all the works, his I thought was the least concerned with objectness of a painting and tried to open up in the viewer a dialogue by providing so much material. Interesting. _____ I send you Best. Sylvian
