Anne Gaul Mary Leslie Jane Prew had their
outfits given to make Mr Macgregor sent
flour fruit candied lemon allspice for the inmates

Thursday 19th
Miss Baptist called to see how many inmates
there were Sarah Farrington returned from
Mr Shorts nearly broken hearted Mr Bowmaker
came with her.

Friday 20
Mrs Talbot came to see Elizabeth Logan and
presented her with a book Good Words

Saturday 21
The inmates working well and cheerfully Fanny
Weatherbury returned from the Hospital and
seemed highly delighted to come back

Sunday 22
Mr Moses preached at 11 o clock Mr Robson at 3
Mr Lee at 7 the inmates orderly

Monday 23
The inmates commencing work in good earnest
Lady Young sent Tea Sugar Butter Bread cake Buns &
Lollies and called and said she wished them to have
a treat to morrow on the eve of her departure

Tuesday 24th
Mr Baptiste sent his usual Christmas treat for the
inmates Elizabeth Graham very insolent

Wednesday 25th
The inmates thorougly enjoyed themselves all day

Thursday 26th
The inmates said if they had a holiday given to day
they would work well to morrow
