Sunny day but cold with a nipping wind. got up early and prepared for Walker. Pixie telephoned also Helen Duggan. Met Rene and boys at Mitchell at 11.30. Showed them around library & then we had lunch in Gardens. Showed them round some more. Renée & I had a nice long talk & then I took them all to Newsreel, said goodbye & I went to buy papers & other things & got home at 6. Walker did not come.
