Fine day.
I was so exhausted that I cd. not go out with Everill & was going to lie down in afternoon when David M & family arrived & stayed till 6.
We had tea with L. Politzer as guest & then till nearly midnight G. Cooper, Mallock, F. Eldershaw, F. McCartney, Jean Campbell, Mr & Mrs Bradfield, Mrs Lecky, C. Goode, Aileen Palmer. Bill [Swire?Simes?].
