I had a Telegram from
that Will o' the Wisp Mrs Bladen
Neill from Rome last night –
Months ago she coaxed me
to take some silk worm
shares – I said I would do
so – and as there was in my
mind some doubts – about
her procuring them for me – I
enclosed a note for Jas Chisholm
which she was to sent [send] to him
should she need the money
said note giving him the
needful instruction to pay
them – Well as might be
expected she lost said
