Dear Tom,
Your letter was sent to us here.
We are delighted that you may be
here and that we shall have a
chance to see you again.

I am grateful more than I can tell
for your great interest in my inquiry.

We are beginning now to get settled
for we have an apartment. In some
respects it is unfortunate that it is
in Va but in others we are lucky
for it is only about 15 minutes from
my work and I have no changes
to make. It is on high land and
in the woods and should be
