2nd mo 1866

1st 18 Father & Lister went to meeting.
The children & I went down to the branch
and caught four fish.

2nd 19 I went up to the store this morning
to get my boot minded. Mother Father
and I went over to Grandfathers and spent
the evening.

3rd 20 I borded up the ice house this morning
and fixed up things generally. went up
to the store in the evening after a wate

4th 21 Mother & Father started to Baltimore
but the roads were very bad so they
turned back. I went out and invited
Calebs birth day guests to his party
which he had in the afternoon.

5th 22 This is General Washingtons birth
day. Granville & Harry were here, so all
the children they and my self went out
and burned brush in the morning.
We went up to the reading scircle in the
evening.

6th 23 Father and I were out cutting trees in the new
grown this morning Bob and I burned
brush in the afternoon.
