as early as possible the reading of
the rules and regulations of the
Association was postponed to the
March meeting.

The election of secretary and treasurer
was postponed until January 1935.

The library of reference books for
Sherwood will be due in a short
while and it was agreed that
a new one should be ordered.

New Business Sallie Janney sent a
letter of resignation but the Association
felt it could not give her up so
asked the secretary to write to her
expressing this and asking her to
retain her membership and come
to the meetings whenever she can.

The Membership Committee asked that
the name of Helen Shoemaker be
transferred to the list of Active
Members. This was unanimously
agreed to.
