Ans. Different opinions, most prefer Bone Dust, or Raw Bone, & one will use Old horse.
llth. What kind of potatoes will you plant?
Ans. Buck—Eye & Peach Blow generally; two members will plant som. white Chili.

When we say that the supper to which we were
next invited, was worthy of our hostess & her efficient assistants

We met at the house of Wm S Brooke, where all of our members
were present except Robt, Asa, and Phi1ip Stabler, Will S Bond &
Thomas J Lea. Chas H Brooke was appointed foreman
after the reading of the minutes of our last meeting, we walked out
under the lead of our foreman, & first took a look at the clearing
which our host has been making, preparatory to a new garden,
we then inspected our host's pigs & decided that if a premium
were to be offered for the smallest of that age, our host would certainly
