Ther. 40 Monday, Nov. 19th 1894. Wind.

Cloudy & threatning all day until
towards sunset when it cleared off &
the wind came from N.W. I strengthened
the cellar steps under the outside door.
Thos Waters of S called. Towards evening
Willie & Alice Peirce called for some
articles Fanny wanted. Frank Robison
borrowed the horse & buggy to go for
some flour at P.J. Stabler's. I went
to the store for coffee.

20thCloudy & Clearing

Ther. Tuesday, 20th N.W. Wind

This is the coldest morning we have
had so far. I drove over to Riverside
to see Bro R and remained to dinner.
Bro William was there having come
from New York (or Orange N.Y.) yesterday.
I called at Eldon & borrowed some coal
of Hallie Lea. Reached home after sunset.

Cloudy, Rain & Clearing

Ther. Wednesday Nov. 21,st 1894 WindVariable

It was raining early this morning
but cleared off towards noon & was
a beautiful afternoon. I drove over
to Riverside to see Bro R again taking
Harriet & Dora with me in the surry.
Kate Stabler was here for advice and
medicine towards evening. After
supper I went up to the store. Willie
& Fanny came to spend the night.

Ther. 30° Thursday 22,d S.W.Wind

Willie & Fanny left after breakfast
for "Fairfield". I went up to Henderson's
& bought a bushel (100 lbs) of coal.
Afternoon I drove to Riverside to see
Bro Richard again. Martha Bowen
was here for advice & medicine.
Gilbert T Smith called & requested me
to call to see his wife tomorrow.
After dark "Jim" Powell was here to see
me about going for a load of coal for
us tomorrow to "Silver Spring".
