Ther 62 Sat May 6^th, 1893 N.W. Wind

Rained quite hard several times
last night with some thunder &
lightning. Clifford Waters came
home with Willie & staed all night
again putting his horse in the
stable. Mrs BO Hardy sent us
3 doz eggs & a pair of fowls.
Willie helped them in the store
at Sandy Spring. I walked up to
the store after supper.

Luther Muncaster came before
dinner & afternoon Willie
Dora & Edwd went in the Surry to
church at Brighton Luther going
with them to T.J Lea's. W. cut both
Edwd's & my hair & I cut his.
I went up to the store this morning
to get some thicker stockings
changing from boots to shoes.
I was afraid of taking cold
with thin cotton socks.
