Saturday Sept 28th
Went to office and to [Mrs?] Bonds'; called
at [Chas?] Stabler's and prescribed for Sarah.
Afternoon Mrs [Jno?] King called.
Took Harriet and Baby with me and
went to [Las?] Powell's.

Sunday Sept 29th
Charley went to Riverside I went to [Big?]
H Millers' and B Rush Roberts Dora went
with her [?] to Riverside, Charley
came home and got the buggy and horses and
went after his sister. Jas Powell
here. Settled with him in full for
the "Better" mare. giving him a note
drawn in favor of [Mrs?] Bond (six mos:)
for $43.00; with which to buy fertilizer.
