On motion of Ald McIntyre seconded by Ald Smythe
Ordered, That a Sub-committee composed of Messrs
RJ Walkem, W Harty and the mover be appointed to
prepare an address to be presented to the Honorable the
Members of Parliament on their arrival

On motion of Ald McGuire seconded by Ald J Carson
Ordered, That Whereas Messrs Gunn and Kirkpatrick
are lunching the visitors to the City that the Committee
appointed to take charge of the arrangements also take
charge of the visitors after the luncheon while they remain
here

On motion the Council adjourned
