Ordered, That the Report of Thomas Conley be referred

Ald Drennan brought up the petition of Ann Aston
respecting Frontage.

On motion of Ald Drennan seconded by Ald Allen.
Ordered, That the petition of Ann Aston be referred to
the Committee on Streets to report.

Ald Price brought up the petition of Messrs Kirkpatrick
and Rogers praying for a trap door corner of King and Brock
streets.

On motion of Ald Price seconded by Ald Dupuis
Ordered, That the petition of Messrs Kirkpatrick and
Rogers be referred to the Committee on Streets to report.

Ald Noble brought up the petition of Edward Garvin praying
payment of $27.50 for labor incurred by him on Ordnance street.

On motion of Ald Noble seconded by Ald Campbell
Ordered, That the petition of Edward Garvin be referred
to the Committee on Streets and Improvments to report.

Ald Metcalfe brought up the petition of John Hartley
praying payment from broken stone.

On motion of Ald Metcalfe seconded by Ald Dupuis
Ordered, That the petition of John Hartley be
referred to the Committee on Street to report.

Ald Gildersleeve from the Committee on Finance &c
brought up a Report (Number 601 Book D)
which was read and adopted as amended.

The Chairman from the Committee on City Property brought
up a Report (Number 602 Book D) which was read and
adopted.

The Chairman from the Committee on Wharves &c brought
up a Report on the Communication of James Swift building
addition to Wharf.

Ald Noble moves seconded by Ald Mooers
That the report of the Committee on Wharves & Harbor
be received and adopted - the resolution was ruled out
of order.

On motion the Council adjourned.
