Ald. Dupuis brought up the petition of Mrs Aston
praying permission to open a drain on Princess street free of frontage.

On motion of Ald. Dupuis seconded by Ald: Price
Ordered, That the petition of Mrs Aston be referred
to the Committee on Streets to report.

Follest praying the Council will award him compensation
for injury done to Horse owing to state of street.

where refuse is thrown from Waggons.

power to act.

Ald Metcalfe brought up the petition of Joseph
B. Forsyth praying the Council will make a Drain
on Colborne street.
