McCammon, McDermott, Noble, Walkem 9

On motion of Ald: Drennan seconded by Ald: Allen
Resolved that this Council has learned with sincere
regret of the death of Peter Graham Esquire representative
of the County of Frontenac in the Ontario Legislature and
Ex Warden of the County, a gentleman held in the highest
esteem by all with whom he was acquainted that the
members of this Council tender his Widow their sympathy
in her affliction and that they do now adjourn for the
purpose of attending the funeral in a body and a copy
of this resolution be sent to his widow.

A Communication from George A. Kirkpatrick Esquire
Secretary Collegeate Institute was read stating that George
Davidson and C.V. Price Esquires are the retiring Trustees
this year.

On motion of Ald: McCammon seconded by Ald: Pense
Ordered that Messrs Davidson and Price be appointed
Trustees for the Collegiate Institute for the next three
years.

On motion of Ald Drennan seconded by Ald: Allen
Ordered that this Council meeting do stand
adjourned until Monday evening the 22nd [and?]
at the usual hour.

The Council accordingly adjourned.
