The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the following
resolution adopted in Committee

On motion of Ald Skinner seconded by Ald Tait
Ordered that in the 6th line of section 11 that the words "or either of them"
be inserted after the words "electric".
The Report was received and the original resolution was adopted as
amended.

On motion of Ald Curtis seconded by Ald Richardson
Ordered, That the Committee on Parks be authorized to offer by
Public advertisement in the news papers and by posters a reward of $10 to any
person furnishing evidence which shall lead to the apprehension and conviction
of the person or persons who have injured or shall hereafter injure the property of this
Corporation on the City Parks by cutting and carving the seats, band stand, pavillion
or otherwise insuring said property.

Ald Behan introduced By law 552 entitled " A By Law to raise by way
of loan the sum of $355.57 for the purposes therein mentioned which was read
a first time.
The 30th rule was suspended and the Council went into Committee of the
Whole on the second reading.
Ald Martin in the Chair.
The Council resumed.
The committee rose and the Chairman reported the second reading of the
By Law clause by clause. The Report was received.
The 30th Rule being again suspended the By Law was read a third
time and passed.

Ald Behan introduced By law 553 entitled " A By Law to raise by
way of loan the sum of $1217.57 for the purposes therein mentioned which was
read a first.
The 30th rule was suspended and the Council went into Committee
of the Whole on the second reading.
Ald Minnes in the Chair.
The Council resumed.
The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the second reading of the
By Law clause by clause. The Report was received.
The 30th Rule being again suspended the By Law was read a third
time and passed.

way of loan the sum of $238.78 for the purposes therein mentioned which was
read a first time.
The 30th rule was suspended and the Council went into Committee of
the Whole on the second reading.

The Council resumed.
The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the second reading of the
By Law clause by clause. The Report was received.
The 30th Rule being again suspended the By Law was read
