Tuesday, November 19, 1918

A good day. Ben and Owen cut wood
in the woods. Ben went to Strait
Stone
at twelve oclock.

Josie and I stripped tobacco Mrs
Owen
helped us this evening.

Kate Harvey come a few minutes this
evening. Marvin gave me some rasberry
briars
to day. I want to plant
them in the morning.

Ben got a letter from Jim to day.
He was well when he wrote.

I am in dread most all the time
that some of us will have
the dreadful disease that is going
a round. There is two died
to day not too far off from here.

A good day. Ben and Owen cut wood in the woods. Ben went to Strait Stone at twelve oclock. Josie and I stripped tobacco Mrs Owen helped us this evening. Kate Harvey come a few minutes this evening. Marvin gave me some rasberry Briars to day. I want to plant them in the morning. Ben got a letter from Jim to day. He was well when he wrote. I am in dread most all the time that some of us will have the dreadful disease that is going a round. There is two died to day not too far off from here.
