Wednesday, July 3, 1918

A good day. Ben and Paul plowed tobacco this morning. Ben plowed the sweet potatoes. This evening Ben mowed. Josie got dinner. I churned and worked some in the garden. Josie tried to find some black berries found enought for supper with cream. Heard today that Posies baby is sick hope she may get well. Mr Owen has bin sick to day. Hope he may be able to work by in the morning.
