Weather - alternating sunshine and clouds. RBO'S

do 26 Training in Open Warfare, Lewis Gunnery and Bombing carried out in morning.
Special Platoon (no. 16) firing on Rnges at BOIS DES DAMES. 150 men
proceeded to Matinee, "CAMOUFLAGE" at AUCHEL and 150 at night.
Weather - sultry. HSS?

do 27 Battalion less no. 16 Platoon moved to CHOCQUES as per Operation Order no. 31.
Headquarters in houses in CHOCQUES. Companies in bivouacs East of
village. Weather - Bright and very warm. HSS?

CHOCQUES 28 470 Other Ranks employed digging trenches in rear areas. No. 16 Platoon
took part in Brigade competition in morning and joined the Battalion
in evening. Weather - very warm. HSS?

do 29 Same working parties as yesterday. Weather - hot. HSS?

do 30 Battalion moved from CHOCQUES AREA to LOZINGHEM in morning
arriving in LOZINGHEM at 11.20 a as per Operation Order no. 32.
Weather - bright and very warm.
