LOZINGHEM 1918 June 23
Sports of the Third Division held at LINGHEM. and Capt.
O'Sullivan represented the 38th as one of the judges for
the boxin. Church Parades in morning with sports in
the afternoon for the Batt. Weather cloudy & colder. RBO'S

do 24 Heavy bombardment heard during previous night & in
the morning news filtered through that our people
(English troops) had made successful raid. Our
men very interested & feeling keen after their period
of rest and training. Batt. paraded to AUCHEL
in the evening to see a performance of "CAMOUFLAGE"
& returned about 9 pm.
Weather : cloudy in forenoon, showers in afternoon, fine at night. RBO'S

do 25 Batt. inspection by Brigadier in the morning.
