this Board, in place of Rev. B.N. Spahr. resigned.
About seventy volumes have been added to the College library
most of them coming from the National government.
The Faculty recommend the following persons
for degrees.
For the degree of Bachelor of Arts in course, H.H. Fuller
R.L. Hooper, V.C. Lowry, D.H. Parks + S.B. Ricketts
For the degree of Bachelor of Science, in course.
F.H. Parker, M.H. Watkins, C.H. Welch.
For the degree of Master of Arts, in course.
Eber C. De Steigner, + H.F. Acker.

For the degree of Master of Arts, pro honore, Rev. Jasper
A. Smith, Principal of the Marionville Academy, Marionville
Missouri. W.H. Scott Prest O.U.

Hon. V.B. Horton, Chairman of the Committee on conferring degrees
made his report recommending that the several degrees be
conferred as recommended in the annual communication of
the President.
On motion said report was agreed to and the Degrees
conferred as recommended.

On motion the following appropriations were made for the
ensuing year to wit:
