Augustinus Dodo of Frisia (d. 1501), Augustinian canon
of St. Leonard, Basel, who made extensive travels
throughout Germany, under subvention from Amerbach,
in search of manuscripts of Sugustine's writings. On f. 2
of Part I is a set of commendatory versus by S. Brant.
