other texts : Orthographia, accentus, hymni, de sermonibus

supu decaraatione regule fratrum minorum.
What little is known about this Franciscan scholar is in
Wadding i, 166 & Wadding /Sbaralea ii, 204 . The work
was extremely popula . It seems to have been last
printed in 1596.
Bible lexigon which the Minnorent Monk Marchesinus
completed after 1300.
a Franciscan Friar of reggio. This "Explanation of Bible
words for the Poor Clerk" was one of the classics of
the 13th C.
Kurt Only has argued (Gutenberg Jahrbuch 1956 : 121-40,
1957 : 48 - 60) that the Ariminensis Printer is to be identified
- Giorg Rayser, later printer at Wurzburg. But each of the 3
types of the Ariminensis Printer has an independent
history , & Ohly's identification is probably truer only for
the books printed - the 3rd type. The Ariminensis
Type, books may have been produced in Eggestein's
shop.
The Mammotrectus of Giovanni Marchesino de Reggio (Emilia) who
flourished ca.1300 was a very popular commentarey on all the
Books of the Bible followed by treatises of general interest, e.g.
'De Orthographia , De accentus, De Mensibus hebroenum,
Hymni, Legenda sanctorum, etc!
- It is generally dated ca 1472 in incunabule catalogues, but
its stock of Galliziani Seal paper is shared - at least 3
Basel Royal folio ed. , all of which are not after 1474
