Dear Miss Ward:
Information has been received through Department of the Army
channels that a search is being conducted by the Reader 's Digest for
U. S. Amy personnel who participated in D-Day. This is to inform
you that I was 3-3 of the 4th Infantry Division Artillery, and landed
on Utah Beach about 1130 6 June 1944 with Headquarters of the 4th
Infantry Division Artillery.
