How did you create this table transcription?
Please let me know as it would make so many pages MUCH easier to transcribe.

The key to the table transcription is to use the | symbol on either side of a set of words with spaces between the symbols and words. This will tell From the page that you want to put that information into a column. For example. | February 20 | Meat Fish and Meal | . Would put those two groupings into two columns. Then when you want to do a different row create a line break and do the same process for the next line. In the case that you have a box that is blank you need only to use the | symbol followed by a space and another | symbol. As an example | February 20 | | Meat Fish | . Which will put those two sets of words into boxes on either side of a blank box.
