Sund 6 the wind still blowing a gale we
had an awful night last night I did
not sleep eney to speek of and thore
is no prospect of it being eney better
to night. thare has two sail past us to
day but I did not see but one

Mond 7 it does not blow quite so hard to day but
it could and unpleasant we are of aganste
the cape of good hope. John says I must
not expect eney thing but gales of wind
for the next two months I think we
have had our share for the last three
months

Tues 8 to day quite pleasant John and I have
been washing

Wens 9 to day all kinds of wether squarley
with some rain

Thurs 10 this day very pleasant with light winds
raised a school of black fish just as we
sat down to breakfast lowerd and
got six G D two Mr Buts two Mr
Borden two Mr Sulavan was past three
times but his iorns drawed

Frid 11 to day all kinds of wether some rain
squarley and strong winds
