Dear Sir;

In regard to
lot 1337 [Nason?], I do not under-
stand about the one dollar (1.00)
which you have deducted from
the amount of ten dollars (10.00)
received, as the standing bill was
two dollars and fifty cents (2.50)
for top-dressing in 1890.

Please advise if the year is correct
on enclosed H.E. and oblige
