that to properly repair it - securing
the joints with iron clamps, releading
and leaving all in good order - will
cost $34.

Dear Sir

On an examination
of your lot #2341 I would advise that
the fence be removed leaving the
4 corner posts, having these recut and
the number of lot cut on one of them
removing the upper step and lowering
the grade in front about 7 inches
cleaning the steps and regrading
and resodding the whole lot. The
expense will be $38 and the old material.
