Dear Madam

Your letter. The deterioration of lot #3586
is mainly due to the tree of which I spoke in my former
letter. No sod can thrive under its shadow, the clean-
ing of the stonework would have to be repeated very soon
unless it is removed and the disturbance of the curbing
is mainly due to the action its (the trees) roots. --

The present value of the lot is about $450.00
and there is a granite curbing around it that originally
cost I should say $800.00.
