Dear Madam

Your favor of the
3^rd inst is required with draft on
Tremont Nat.^l Bank -- for $18.⁰⁰ which
pays the Receiving Tomb fees until
March 7 1880. Should you not wish
the catacomb so long, the balance
will be refunded.

The price of the lot which you
selected is $775 and not $850.
The price having been revised after
you looked at the lot but before you
finally selected. Providing you can
pay for the lot by Dec 1^st 1880, I will agree
to keep it. After that time I cannot
promise that particular lot.

less the cost of removing the same,

sodding up post holes & cutting number	10.00
leaving to your credit in July	$17.07

several foundations built	$13.25
so that there is now to your credit	$3.82

which I will settle in cash, or
leave to be applied to the bill
for care of the lot which will come
in November.
