Dear Sir,
Since "Fred" was here
this afternoon it has occurred to me
that I shall be alone tomorrow & per-
haps the next day, and that he can
do me a good deal of good by coming
in tomorrow. I am not quite ready
to proceed regularly with what I wish of
him, but can give him enough to do for
a day or two.
I only wish him for Corporation work.
My understanding is that you lend
him for that purpose, & return him on
the pay roll as heretofore, to which I
understand he makes no objection.
It is immaterial to me whether you
supply him with tickets, or whether I do.
Please say which you prefer.
Yours truly
Henry Kennard Esq
Dear Sir,
The proper exam-
ination and report upon your
lot no. 869 have been made,
and the Comee on Lots having
considered the matter, have directed
me to inform you that the
Corporation will assume the
perpetual care of your lot,
with guaranty for three hun-
dred and fifty dollars.
Very truly yours
A.J. Coolidge
Secretary
