The Committee apointed by the Trustees of Mount Auburn Cemetery to confer with Mr Howe their Superintendent on the subject of the appointment of an assistant superintendent, have attended to the duty, and report, that Mr Howe concurred in opinion with the trustees that the increased duties of the Superintendent required such assistant and that he shall cheerfully co-operate with such officer in carrying out the plans and wishes of the trustees:
