The committee appointed to consider and report upon the petition of W. W. Dennis and others - that a carriage way be opened across Indian Ridge to connect Willow and Lime Avenue, - have attended to that duty, and report the impracticability of complying with the prayer of the petitioners in consequence of the laying out of the grounds in that vicinity, - leaving only space for a six foot path: That Osier Path, already graded from Willow to Indian Ridge be immediately graded to Lime, this partially complying with the prayer of the petitioners; and tht in laying out lots in future on the east side of Indian Ridge reference should be had to an avenue to be laid out to connect with Willow - commencing at some point east of Spurzheim monument.
