The Committee on Grounds Report --

1. That it is expedient that the salary of the Superintendent be fixed at $1000. per an. commencing on the with the use of a house, and no perquisites.

2. That the back salary since the retirement of Mr Howe be made up to Mr Mann at the same proportional rate, to begin

(3) 4. The Committee not being fully agreed on the subject of a gatekeeper & clerk voted to report that subject to the Trustees

He shall notify and attend all meetings, and shall record the doings of the Trustees & of the Corporation. He shall prepare and superintend the advertisements and other publications of the Trustees. He shall prepare all legal instruments directed by the Trustees, and give legal opinions on all subjects required by them.
