The subscribers agrees to pay the sums annexed
to their names respectively, for the purpose of procureing [sic]
a marble Statue of the late Joseph Story to be placed
in Mount Auburn Chapel, under the direction of a
committee to be chosen by the subscribers, at a meeting
to be called by the Trustees of Mount Auburn Cemetery,
when they shall deem the sum subscribed to be suffi-
cent for the purpose,-
