p. 151 - Voted - that the Treasurer be authorized
and directed to credit the fund of the subscribers
for a statue of the late Judge Story with interest
from the time it was paid into his hands, until
invested.

Voted - That C.P. Curtis & J.C. Gray be a Committee
with authority to make a contract, if they shall deem
it expedient, with Wm.W. Story Esquire, for a statue in
marble of the late Mr Justice Story to be delivered
at Mount Auburn - provided it can be done,
of full size with pedestal, for the sum of money
in the Treasurer's hands subscribed for this purpose,
with the accruing interest, and can be delivered
within some definite period to be agreed on - the
freight & expenses of delivery at Mount Auburn
to be included in said sum.

C.P. Curtis Esq from the Comee on the Statue of
the late Mr Justice Story reported that that Com-
mittee had made a satisfactory arrangement with
Wm.W. Story to execute a statue of the late Judge (his
father) in marble: and the Committee submitted
to the Trustees the papers in relation to the same.

Voted that the report be accepted, and that
the contract referred to be placed in the hand of the
Treasurer, the correspondence and other papers to
remain in the Secretary's files.
