SUMMARY OF MILITARY OCCUPATIONS: From Oct. 1940 to Oct 1941 was on duty with Hq. Armored Force, Ft. Knox, Ky. in charge of procurement and Director of Civilian Personnel. From Oct. 1941 to March 1942 was a member of War Dept. General Staff, G-4 Division. From Mar. 1942 to Dec. 1942 was on duty with International Division, Army Service Forces, as Chief of Planning Branch, and member of Munitions Assignment Committee (Ground) Secretarial. Army Forces in the Middle East, Cairo, Egypt, and was Senior American Officer in charge of Administration and Security at the Cairo Conference.
