of the Holy Cross in September, in the year 1266, at
the Temple, before the Grand Master and the Treasurer
of the Temple and their other companions.

Likewise, on this same day, after the above
mentioned accounting, my lord Hugue of Augerant gave over to
the treasurer of the Temple 2,258 b̸ to settle up
the pay, along with those who had, from 3,000 b̸
that the count owed them.

In this way there remained in the hands of my lord
Erart and my lord Hughes only 565 b.

Likewise. This is what my lord Hughes of Augerant
paid towards the above mentioned account:
For one agent who purachased the loan of 3,000 £ tournois that the Hosptiallers lent to the count,
22 and one quarter b̸; and for the 2 others, who
sold the cloth and the silver, 2 b̸
For payment on housing the grain, and where the retinue's animals were stabled,
which had been overlooked in the accounting, for
the rent of 5 months, 8 b̸
For 1 chest purchased to take to Citeaux, 3 and one half b̸
For the stole and maniple of the new chapel

For my lord Erart of Valery, 16 b̸ that he owes
for 1 silver pot.

These are the expenditures in tournois.

For the interest of 39 £ tournois, less 12 d̷ that
Robet owed on the remainder of his loan
that he paid in sterling and in other coin, and of the
12 £ tournois that Estienes the Clerk paid out, 100 ẝ tournois.

For the expenditures made since the death of the count
by my lord Hughes of Augerant and Robet, and their
retinue, and for the other small things purchased outside of
these expenses, 28 £ less 12 d̷ t.

And this is the accounting of the expenditures of my lord Hughes of Augerant
and the retinue, from the week of the feast of Saint-Michel
until Sunday, and what remains to
my lord Hughes of Augerant from the payments in tournois currency,
54 £ tournois.

And these 54 £ tournois my lord Hughes had for his
passage, for himself and for Robet, and the retinue
he had signed on.

These accounts were made the feast day of Saint-Michel
in the year 1266, and from the tournois and the bezants
mentioned here

according to this account, it was paid, for
the spicer who recouperated the heart of the count, to put it in ice, and
for the things he placed there, and for his pains, 6 b̸
