1 qt milk 1 1/2 oz rice 1 1/2 oz sugar
pinch of salt, 1 teaspoonful
of butter warmed and stirred
in Bake in oven cover dish
for 15 minutes stir well from
the bottom put in a cool oven
allowed to swell, bake 1 hour
before browning stir every
15 minutes
