6 Eggs well beaten
9 Spoonfulls Milk
a little Salt. put a little
butter into the pan, when
it is melted, pour in
the mixture and stir it
until it is cooked, then
take it up.

Dough Nuts
1 cup Milk 1 cup sugar
1 teaspoonful Salt
1 do Soda 2 do Cream of tartar
little Nutmeg and Flour to
roll out.
