by these Presents: That, We,
Ed. H. Cunningham and L.H. Ellis, of said State,
Under the firm name of Cunningham and Ellis, as
principals and J.R. Jefferson Jr. Ed. Buckley, F.A. Rice, J.P.Simpson
C.C. Niggin and S. Rogers S.S. Alston of said State,
as sureties, are held and firmly bound unto O.M.
Roberts, Governor of the State of Texas, and his
successors in office, in the penal sum of One hundred
thousand Dollars lawful and current money of the
United States, to be paid to said O.M. Roberts,
Governor as aforesaid, or his successors in office
and for the payment of which sum well and truly
to be made, We hereby bind ourselves jointly and
severally, our hiers, administrators, Executors
