The following additional work [? ?] contained in
the placecs furnished for the wall around the Penitentiary
was done by said Lessees, and as the Directors allow
them for said work as follows: to wit

1 Double iron gate - on East Penitentiary wall the same as on West wall	$400.00
One brick sewer at S E Corner new wall	62.50

" " " " [NW?] " " "	65.00
4 Large double grates in 4 corners of wall	150.00

Joins	$893.25

The said Lessees aid additional necessary work in the
enlargement of prison dining room, on and above
the amount [?] for, and for which we agree
to allow them a reasonable and fair estimate of - $200.00

It is hereby understood and agreed that the said
Lessees are not to withhold pay for the above work -

or may hence owe to the State, or account of the lease
