An executive meeting of the
Elm Street Parent - Teacher Association
was held in the library of the
Elm Street School on Oct. 3, 1934.

The meeting was called to order
by the president, Mrs. Coffield.
After a short devotional, the
president called on Mrs. Schroder
to outline the objectives of the as-
sociation for the year, both from
a physical and educational stand-
point. She submitted the following:
clothing for needy children, play-
ground equipment, books for
room libraries, children's magazines,
a magazine shelf for parents,
pictures for the building, and
a mimeograph.
