This 11th day of May A. D. 1922, Personally came before me
E. J. Edwards, Notary Public of said County and State,
W. R. Morrow who being by me duly sworn, says that he knows the common seal of
High Pt. Ins & Real Estate Company, and is acquainted with A. Sherrod
who is the President of said corporation, and that he, the said W. R. Morrow is the
Secretary of the said corporation, and saw the said President sign the foregoing instrument, and that he the said
W. R. Morrow Secretary as aforesaid affixed said seal to said instrument, and that he the
said W. R. Morrow signed his name in attestation of the execution of said instrument in the presence
of said President of said corporation. Let the said deed and this certificate be registered.
