This Deed Made this 11th day of May A. D. 1922
by High Point Insurance & Real Estate Company a corporation duly organized
under the laws of the State of North Carolina with its principal office in Guilford County, North Carolina, party of the
first part, to Chester A. White
of Guilford County and State of North Carolina party of the
second part, Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, in consideration of ($10.00)
Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations, to it paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained and sold and by these
presents does bargain, sell and convey unto said party of the second part and his heirs, a tract or parcel of
land in the County of Guilford and State of North Carolina, in High Point Township,
adjoining the lands of [blank]
and others and bounded as follows, viz:

Being known, numbered and designated as Lot No. 25 in Block No. 1
as shown on the plat of "Five Points" of the High Point Ins. & Real
Estate Company land, which plat is duly recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds for Guilford County N. C. in Plat Book No. 5
Page No. 252 to which registered plat reference is made.
This lot 153-feet front- 222-feet on the North line-24 feet in the
rear and 175-feet on the South line.

The above land was conveyed to grantor by A. Gordon

To Have and to Hold the aforesaid tract or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging
to him the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever.

And said party of the first part doth covenant that it is seized of said premises in fee and has the right convey
the same in fee simple; that the same are free from incumbrances, and that it will warrant and defend the said title
to the same against the claims of all persons whomsoever.

In Testimony Whereof, The said party of the first part has caused this deed to be signed in its corporate name by
its President and attested by its Secretary, and sealed with its common corporate seal, on the day and year first above
written.
