I meant to tell you I have written the
parole board a couple of letters last year I
told them my life story and the trouble we
had on the outside. I gave them the reasons
and also about how hard Im trying to improve
myself now, so they'll have my letters when
I appear before them.

I understand what you jmeant in this last
letter about being prepared for my hearing
in may, and also about me having good
friend, well for once I have good friends
the kind that will tell me right and not
wrong, and I guess theyll go to bat for me

You also said about my good record this
past year or more and my determination on
making a new life for myself, well I told
you once that the only way I could change is
by getting away from my old buddys and
getting by myself to think and to see how
much of a fool Ive been, so I did that and
I find that I feel better and living better
