that account. Also many may not Deform, or may totally deny thae different
Interests between the few & many. as described in it, yet your landed attention
& thorough perusal is Requested to the Reamidy proposed, for if the Doc-
trin is not true, I think there is no better Meathod to Convince the
people of it, than by giting them thoroughly possessed of the knoledge -
described in page 28, the proposed Means of obtaining it is simple, and
easy. it is [ondly?] a Cheaper & More Sure way than by Common newspapers
which have of Late Become so numerous, Long thy & contradictory that
Farmers & Labourer cannot be at the Expence of the time & mony they Coste
Here in ordir to Convey my Eydeays More Clearly I will give a further descri-
ption of the proposed Monthly Magazine. It is ment by it to Convey as near-
ly all the knoledge described in page 28 as possable. But one containing
40- or 50 page sof a Common pamphlet life, would be full large enough
for the perusal of a Common Labourer & in ordir today a good foundation
for obtaining s{ai}d knoledge it is proposed to have the first numbers contain
Both the State & federal Constitutions Compleat with all their amendments,
& some of the prinsaples on which they were founded, also a Congressinal
Register from the first Congress in 1789 to this time, with the names of the
Members of Each Congress, & the numbers of votes they were chosen by &
the yeas & Nays on some of the Most Important Matters they have Desided
upon together with the substance of the Most Important Speaches Made
on both sides. Also a State Register in nearly the same Manner, with
Many other things relateing to what is past &cc if Many of the first
have bin in Elections, & how to Reamidy it in future, it would also be a stro-
nge Inducement to those that take the Mag[?] to wrap them together
in yearly Vollums & preserve them Safe to the latest generations
Some May Sepose that the Organisation proposed & the Dutyes of the presiden-
ts described in page 31 & art{icle} 3 of the Constitution to be both needles and Daingerous
